Returns

If you do not like your new product, which is highly unlikely, you can return it to us within 7 days after purchase in its original condition and packaging. IT MUST BE UNUSED.

This option is only for you to see the product in real life and decide if it's what was represented on our website (www.beautycoco.co.za).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return we need your order number or proof of purchase.
Send an email to xavier@beautycoco.co.za when you return your parcel with the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 10 days.

Please Note: Shipping Costs NOT Included in Refund. We also don't do any cash refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account before contacting us. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at xavier@beautycoco.co.za

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and process the return.
